1.How can I return the product(s) in my online order?
You can return purchases made from our online store within 30 days from the shipment date.
For the return process, it is sufficient to fill out the return form on the delivery note sent to you with your order and ship the products to us via the cargo branch of your choice, you do not need to specify a return address.
If you have lost the delivery note, you can send your products back by writing your order number, name/surname, contact information and reason for return on a piece of paper in a legible manner.
For returns, your products must be unused. Due to our hygiene policy, underwear, earrings and cosmetics cannot be returned.
2.Can I exchange the product purchased from Vailantis.com in store?
You can make your exchange transactions at any of our stores within 30 days with your invoice or delivery note.
3.Can I return the product purchased from Vailantis.com from the store?
Returns are made from all stores in Türkiye except our franchise stores.
4.What are the return conditions?
You can return your unused, undamaged products that you purchased from Vailantis.com and that have not had their inner/outer labels cut within 30 days. Due to hygiene conditions, underwear, earrings and cosmetics cannot be returned.
5. The product arrived incorrectly, what should I do?
For the return of the wrong product; it is sufficient to fill out the return form on the delivery note sent to you with your order and ship the products to us with COUNTERPAYMENT via the cargo branch of your choice, and you do not need to specify a return address. You will be notified by e-mail when your product is accepted for return. Your refund will be made according to the payment method you used in the order.
6. The product arrived damaged, what should I do?

Or you can make an exchange from our stores.
7.Can the exchanged product be changed again?
You can change the changed product again.
8.When will I receive a refund for the product(s) I returned?
After your cargo reaches our warehouse, if the products comply with our return policy, your return acceptance process will be carried out and your money will be refunded to the card you used for payment within 7 business days at the latest and you will be informed by e-mail. You can learn from the cargo company whether your return cargo has been received by us. The time it takes for your refund to be reflected in your account may vary depending on your bank. Please do not forget to check your account. The refund of orders purchased with cash on delivery can be made via bank transfer/EFT to the bank account registered to the person who placed the order. The refund periods may vary during our campaign periods.
9. Which products are not included in the scope of return and exchange?
Products that are not suitable for return; underwear bottoms, swimsuits and bikini bottoms, make-up materials, earrings, jewelry, single-use products, products that are at risk of rapid deterioration or expiration, and perfumes are products that cannot be returned if their packaging has been opened. These products, whose protective elements such as packaging, tape, seal, package have been opened after delivery, are not included in the scope of return and exchange due to their unsuitability for health and hygiene. Therefore; products prepared in line with the buyer's requests or clearly his/her personal needs cannot be returned or exchanged according to the regulation. Other than these products, the labels of the other products you want to return must not have been removed. Products that are unwashed/unworn and unused that you have purchased from Koton.com and that are undamaged and whose inner/outer labels have not been cut can be returned within 30 days.
10.How can I return or exchange a product purchased from the store?
The exchange and return period for unused products purchased is 30 days. Exchanges or returns can be made with the sales receipt or transaction information registered to the phone number.
For the return of products purchased with a credit/debit card, a receipt must be presented. Credit card receipts, bank statements, etc. are not valid in place of a sales document.
For exchange transactions of Multinet, İwallet, Setcard and Metropol card sales, presentation of sales documents is mandatory.
11. From which stores can I return or exchange a product purchased from a store?
Returns and exchanges of products purchased with cash or credit/debit card can be made at all stores. If a return is requested on the same day of purchase, the return of the product purchased with a credit/debit card can be made at the store where it was purchased. Returns of products purchased with a credit/debit card from franchise stores can be made at the store where it was purchased.
12. How do I pay the return fee after returning a product purchased from the store?
The price of the purchased product is refunded by adhering to the payment method stated in the sales document or telephone number record.
Products purchased with Multinet, İwallet, Setcard and Metropol cards cannot be refunded. In case of a refund request, a "Barcoded Refund Check" is given for the amount paid.
13. How long is the validity period of the barcoded refund voucher received after a return from the store?
Barcoded Refund check is valid for 2 years and cannot be exchanged for cash. In case of loss or expiration of the Barcoded Refund check, no action can be taken.
14.Can I send my product(s) purchased from the store for review?
There is no process for sending product/products for review. Product/products are checked by the store representative. If a production error is detected as a result of the check, the necessary actions are taken by the store representative.
